Americké noviny radí čtenářům, jak volit. Vede Obama

Novinám v Americe začíná tradiční předvolební "sezóna", kdy se v redakčních komentářích vyjadřují k prezidentským kandidátům. Baracka Obamu či Johna McCaina už podpořilo téměř 150 deníků včetně velkých a významných, jako jsou například Washington Post či Los Angeles Times. Zatím v těchto "závodech komentářů" vede Obama, konstatoval magazín Editor and Publisher. Demokratického senátora podpořilo zatím 105 deníků, republikánksého kandidáta pouhých 33 titulů. Když vezmeme v úvahu prodej jednotlivých titulů, je to zatím deset miliónů čtenářů novin pro Obamu versus 2,5 miliónu pro McCaina.

Obama si tak vede výrazně lépe než jeho demokratický předchůdce Kerry ve volbách v roce 2004. To byla přízeň novin víceméně vyrovnaná, Kerry jen těsně vyhrál (v poměru 213 ku 205). Demokrata letos překvapivě doporučila svým čtenářům i řada deníků, které tradičně podporují republikány, například Chicago Tribune (vůbec poprvé v historii) či Los Angeles Times (tento deník se zase k volbám v redakčním komentáři vyjadřuje poprvé od odstoupení Nixona v sedmdesátých letech).

Rozhodnutí novinových redakcí se bedlivě sledují. Zároveň se vede debata, zda podobné komentáře neohrožují nestrannost, a také se zkoumá, jaký mají či mohou mít vliv na volební výsledek.

To whom it may concern:

My civil and professional responsibility prompt me to raise an objections to below problems in cynology. I do not describe just the inner issue but I also suggest the sollution which I believe provide the Czech Republic not only to the desirebled effect but also save the foundings of our country. I would like to point out these matters and I would be grateful if someone would dwell on these problems. You will find no more or less in this letter.

1. Sales and purchace of dogs

There are various offers of dog breed, but there is no profit from these sales for our country at all. You can find the huge amount of these offers and purchases which occur in newspapers, advertising or on the web pages, but no one pay a single crown from it. Or do they? Nevertheless The dog is mentioned as The thing in our code of law. Therefore there should be taxation on it. The dog dealing – the business with dogs – and paying no taxes – is illegal!

Sollution: The legalization of the sales/purchase of dogs

I suggest to introduce a system, similar to the system for cars or estates - thus to have a verifiability. Every single dog will be enrolled in this system, which could be used not just as a registration for the veterinarian but can be used as a controll system for paying taxes from sales/purchase of dogs.

The taxes will be calcualted form the sales of course and to prevent the prices from falsification, there should be an appraisal price. I believe we have a councel of specialist who could determine the prices.

2. Uncontrollable dog breeding not just only the unique dogs but also ordinary dogs in the Czech Republic and their not very successful rearing – consequential ending in disaster – in a dog shelter.

Let me start with a story : “ The daschhund falls in love with the fighting breed proud of his/her long lineage - for example. There will be a little sweet puppy from their love but it is worthless for the long lineage dog owner. Where the puppy ends? It is killed, sold under price and with no taxes for our country or put in a dog shelter.”
Tell me: Who funds the shelters? The Czech Republic or some donater. Where is the dashhund owner, how does he/she share with these expenses? And I do not talk about the owner of the “lineage”dog.

Sollution: Verifiability – the controll system – the registration system.

In this case the registration system would be enough. We could find out e.g. via DNA, who is the little puppy, who are the owners and carry the responsibility of the little “crossbreed” over them. Do not let the puppies/dogs run deprived cross the streets. Do not put them into the dog-shelters – do not let them be overcrowded.

I understand that the Czechs are very inventive and they could find the way out of this system and that you could argue with me but let us consider carefuly the possibility if my sollution is compatible with reality.

I think, that dogs earn the dignity and this system brings it without question. It will also bring the end of discrimination against breeders. I believe that there could be an aparate which will controll the whole system and finaly will fight for the animals – the dogs. The breeds will be controllable and the owners responsible for their animals.

If there is no system we could end up as in India where the dogs die between people, reproduce uncontrollably, no one looks after them and none of the current shelters would be able to exept the amount of them.

Let´s create the system for one breed at least which is the closest one to us. Provide the dignity for them and therefore for us.
